Wood Chips

Can anyone tell me if the city is giving away the wood chips down by MaCarty speedway. I thought I heard on one of the commish meetings that they were. Would like to know how to go about getting some.
Don't know if this is the place to post this or not, but thought if my question had something to do with the city someone could help me.

Have they ever "chipped them" yet?? Last time I was by there, looked like just a big pile of limbs, etc.
