| I would be willing to bet you over 1/2 the food service, grounds keepers and cleaning crew at your casino will not speak english........... and the papers they got hired with will be iffy at best. It's gonna happen - but ya can't stop that anymore than you can stop what's goin on now. It will altho perhaps get rid of the "packing plant" mentality that dodge seems to be drowning in................... and there is no way that's a bad thing!!!............. I'm ready to roll the dice and pull the one armed badits!!!!

Strobel made it very clear at that meeting that he recommended the election be delayed until voters could understand the ramifications of their vote to repeal the County portion of the sales tax. The date for the vote was set anyway. You are in favor of the repeal. I understand that. I just want to know what the effect of my vote will be. If I vote Yes, and the tax is repealed as you support, will the County still be obligated under the interlocal agreement for their portion of the WND projects? If so, will they have to pay it from ad valorum and raise my property taxes even higher? No one in this County knows the answer to that simple question. Not you - not any legal counsel I've talked with - not one of the Commissioners, no one! Therefore, how can you, or anyone, support a vote wherein the public has no idea what the result will be - whether they vote yes or no? The casino vote is a good example. The vote is Yes or No. The voter can read a lot of information on the ballot question and make a reasonable decision to be in favor or against. But, there's no resource to study for the repeal question - no way to know what will happen - can't even guess. Your statements of 'of the people, for the people, by the people" assumes you inform them of the effect of their vote. Anything less is fraudulent. Why won't you support giving the voter an answer before they vote?

| Craps and Black Jack are about the two best games in a casino to play if you want to win. One of the worst is the "one armed bandit" which actually you just have to push a button now...those are the biggest money makers for a casino. A 7 year old mentally handicapped child could play a slot machine. It's a ZERO skill game......Next time you go to a casino look who is mostly playing slot machines...

| HEY HEY HEY!!!! - Gamblin and casinos isn't about skill - for me - it's about fun. If I can only afford to go when I can show "skill" then I don't need to be there at all! The ones pullin the one arm are those that wanna have fun! It's entertainment. Course I make more money off slots than I do craps. I play craps as well but personally it's a little slow to me. There is a skill to slots - ya gotta know when to move to another machine! Take your winnings and go - I win quite often on slots - How many pictures of big winners do ya see at the tables?????........................... not many! It's about the thrill of the prize....................... my theroy is those that can't afford the excitement - sit at the tables. I know I sit longer at the slots than most sit at the tables. I also don't understand the desire to put poeples preference for entertainment into an IQ box............... that is so rude - but then again that doesn't surprise me none either considering the source. I would hope that folks go for entertainment - far be it for me to judge the mentality of those seeking some fun. geeeeeeesh!
