Well here we go again.

How many times do you place and tear out cement roadways before they will meet specifications? This afternoon we had a small shower on the west side of Dodge City, and with the water running off the hills to the north of West Wyatt Earp water was not draining off of the roadbed. The outside lane had water standing on the new cement. It's worse than it use to be. Maybe the company that has placed the cement has a new machine that is supposed to make water run up hill. It sure does not work.

The good part CFAB will not need to spend any “Why Not Dodge Money” for a new Water Park because we have one no cost to the City. Enjoy the spray on the side walk. What do you expect when it's FREE.
