Just because a case is plead down doesn't mean that at arraignment they can't plead not guilty.

Sauer said Wednesday that he had filed the amended complaint because he thought the likelihood of winning a conviction on misdemeanor charges would be greater.

Mr. Sauer stated what he did and why he did it. Terry Lee did not have to trade anything for this.

I thought that someone would answer the question of "Just who lost in this case.?" I am leaning to the "Liberal" side of the City Council. Just a thought.
