Ahhhh - smart boy. Monster, you're just the right age to fit in on the Plaza. All the night life - some pretty nice jobs and nice, nice places to live (condos and apartments with concierge services). Then again, you could just hang out with us oldies in the south part of the city.....

I have plans to put my house on the market in March 2009 and move to Kansas City. A casino might be just the thing to drive the price a little bit more.

Spring 2010 is the best bet. Any earlier is probably not possible.

Oh, then it HAS to be Overland Park or Olathe. The Shawnee Mission (Overland Park) and Olathe schools are award-winning. Then, again, Blue Valley (Leawood and southern Johnson County) wins its share too. The pipe and slippers crowd is in Leawood. Ahhhh - you belong in Overland Park - the land of the Tahoe's!!!!! Every soccer mom has one, or some other gas guzzling 4-wheel-drive (I just got mine out of the shop...just in time for some 4-wheelin! Yahoo!!!)

And don't worry about the housing market. You won't take nearly as much (%-wise) of a loss on your house there than we've seen up here. You'll be able to buy a lot more house for your money in 2008 than you would have in 2007. Think about it......housing is 'on sale', the schools here are great, if you live next door to an Ethiopian, he just might be an MD and the crime rate in Johnson Co is () just a tad better than DC. You need to move here now!!!! (save yourself while you're still able )
