Lets look closer at the right to bear arms since it shares some factors with the right to free speech.

Our right to bear arms has been threatened by abusers of that right, but do we let it happen to protect that right? No we single out the abusers and punish them and take that right away. I don't hear the liberals crying because we have taken the constitutional right to bear arms away from these abusers.

So we can and have taken away constitutional rights from abusers when necessary. What threatens our rights is to let abuse go unpunished.

With freedom comes responsibility, abuse that freedom and its generally taken away as should be. What I don't get is why the most perverted abuse of our rights is allowed to go unpunished and even supported with excuses.

Please note that in general those folks that defend abusive speech are the same ones that would restrict and/or deny our Second Amendment rights. They do believe some rights can be restricted and have no problem restricting rights that they don’t like.

He is willing to go the distance in court. The only way to stop him is for him to die. If I were much older and in poor health I would volunteer to help him on that path. As it stands though, I will have to wait until he dies from natural causes or somebody else does the deed.

He needs to spend the night in the gay tank when he goes to jail....... Has he been to San Franc. to protest gays or does he just prey (pray) on dead soldiers families during their grieving process?....... what a maggot.
