| Oh count yer blessins for what ya do have!! After all couldn't find the staff to adequately staff those places anyhow. Look at the service ya get in most resturants now. Sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. When we went to the truck stop to eat last Saturday morning - the food was good but the coffee cup only got filled one time - not the truck stops I remember when a waitress had time to not only fill your cup but chat with the customers as well. Service staff if a high commodity with a very low wage.

| I love LJS, but the one in DC was the dirtiest and worst run store that I have ever been in. I complained several times to area management, but nothing ever seemed to change. I was hoping they would demolish and rebuild the place, but I doubt they could ever find any decent management or employees! As for Red Lobster, they closed the one in Hutch about a year ago. Seems that they couldn't supportone there,s o I know DC can't. Seems funny that Garden City and Pratt can support an LJS, but DC can't. Of course, they need to spend money on maintenance and help!! I would say from experience, the main reason that most places go under in DC, is lack of decent help, cleanliness, and poor management. I remember when DC wasn't the "hole" it has become. Oh the good ol days!!  |

| Put a 4 year college in town and you will watch your quality of work improve in places like LJS and other fast food places in town.
