whatever happened to the guy who had the pulled pork stuff up at speedy shop a couple of times a week? now THAT was good stuff!!!!

Uncle Meat had some medical problems a couple of months ago and retired from the BBQ business. Damn shame, too. His sandwiches ROCKED!!!

amen, if you weren't there within an hour or so of him opening you were out of luck. Amazing how we as a city can support someone who does this like he did, but when a business goes in to do it full time the go belly up so to speak.

You're right Helper. A large part of the problem is the taxes he'd have to pay operating a full time restaurant. City, County, School(s) and other property taxes....
