What a great loss to the community, friends and mostly his family. Those that knew Nick found that he was a very happy-go-lucky guy. He was a blast to be around. He loved those kids and they loved him. Lisa was very much in love with the guy! I will miss him!!! RIP young man. Keep on riding...

I went to the funeral yesterday, Swaims was packed. I would estimate at least 350 people in there if not more. They had a video tribute which can be seen on their website. I was ok until they played the video then I lost it. Dust in the Wind was the song playing with the video. He was definately loved by all and you could tell by the turnout and sounds of sobs throughout the building. I did not go see him when they had opened the casket, 1) because my husband couldn't go up there, it was too hard for him, and 2) I agree with him, I want to remember Nick the way he was before I don't want my last memory being him laying in the casket. RIP Nick you've touched a lot of lives and your memory will live with them. He truely will be missed.

I am truly sorry Mags for the loss, I only hope time will heal all sorrow for everyone. Nick will always be with the ones that truly loved him. Grainy

    It's a beautiful morning, yea.

You all at the funeral will understand this comment.

Lisa, Pete and Magenta should be very proud of what they had. He was a very good husband, father and friend.

    Miss you Nick.

That made me smile again, yet tear up at the same time.. Lisa is doing better today, I just got home from her house about 20 minutes ago, poor girl needs a revolving door! She is holding up amazingly well, she is a very strong woman.
