| I heard that "chocolate" remark last night on the news. Also heard he said he was misunderstood. Really? The man's not smart enough to be mayor of a huge city like New Orleans. How does he ever expect to pull the city out now? He's losing respect from everybody. His antics during the hurricane and ensuing flood proved it to me. What an idiot. Too bad for New Orleans. It didn't have to happen. He was pointing fingers at the White House and everybody else he could find. Now, people are starting to see he was covering for himself, just like a little kid.

| Chocolate? Brown Sugar? Yellow Mustard? What's the difference?? |

Brown sugar? Yelp... Mick Jagger's kind is good. The other goes on oatmeal. Yellow mustard goes good with hotdoGs.

| Went to A&W last night for the first time, i could understand the person taking my order, and my food came out just as fast as it would with sonic. No problems what so ever.

| You guys make me so hungry sometimes - I love Sonic and I've always like A&W. I'm tryin' to behave and shave off a few pounds. Please help! No more food threads! Hubby doesn't help at all. First it was pie in the house at all times, now it's homemade cinnamon rolls. I tell ya. I should lose pounds just from frustration!

| We went there on Saturday- Food took 17 minutes to get out to us and the order was "close". I got number 2 instead of a number one, so I didn't get the bacon on the hamb. Also, the fries were cold and nasty. They did score 1 point for having miracle-whip instead of mayo and 2 points for speaking clear English, but lost 1 point for gettting the order wrong, 2 for the cold and small fries, and another for taking so long. So in the long run, it was below average, nothing to write home about. Considering the fact that they have a bad rep to overcome left by the previous owners, they need to do better. I suggest they start with the fries. Load the customer up with a huge order of fresh HOT fries... at least during the first few months so as to overcome the stigma. |

| Aww that's sad. Looks like more investors are gonna lose thier money again!! Pretty soon folks gonna quit investin. Current owners from DC? or elsewhere? Ya know those things take a chunk of $$

| Tee.......hopefully that happened while the owners or top management wasn't there. There's no excuse for that. Fries are pretty cheap - they could top off the ff envelope and make a whole bunch of people happy...if they were hot and fresh. Either that or the management hasn't made the staff aware that if a customer walks away unhappy, he doesn't likely come back. And if too many walk away like that, their jobs aren't worth the paper their checks are printed on. Why do some people think it's brainless to open a new retail outlet? Don't they realize service sells? And if a customer buys once, he'll come back if the product and the service are good? There's no place for mediocre product or service in a smallish town like Dodge.

| I had been wanting to try it out since it opened and finally made it there on friday. Being a bachelor, I feel that I am as close to an expert on DC fast food as anyone could be. I ordered a Papa burger, no onion, no tomato, extra mayo, and a large order of onion rings. It took about 10 minutes, and this was on friday about 3:30. I thought it could have been faster, but no biggie - was enjoying the TOC on radio. When I got home, I was disappointed. The large order of onion rings - while the food it self was good - consisted of about 7 actual rings of varying sizes. I know someone mentioned a thumbs up for the miracle whip instead of mayo, but if I wanted miracle whip, that is what I would have asked for. When I think of mayo, I am wanting the real stuff. I ended up taking the lettuce off also because it was the bright green leafy kind, not what I was expecting, but that is a personal choice. I might go back, but will remember to order it with no "mayo" and add my own when I get home. |
