United Wireless Cell service ?

Have had all of United wireless services for a while now and personally nothing beats it! internet (used to have cox) is mimiumally slower than cox, had both Alltel and Unicell cellular. been all over SW KS without interupted service on my United cell. One of the best thing to happen to Dodge and the surrounding areas. most of all with my internet/cellular, the tower I am aimed at has emergency power (here at home too) so when electricity goes bye-bye I can still see how the conditions are and so on. when United has their system completly up and running (only running 50% power right now) imagine how far they will be able to reach.

Ok here is my update I went to the Colorado Springs/ Woodland Park area this last weekend, and had great cell phone service! I only lost service once about the Kansas/ Colorado border but was only for a few miles.

They didn't exactly put ALLTEL out of business yet.....

Yep I am still very happy with them, every time I have gone into any of their stores I never wait more than a few minutes for service, (unlike ALLHELL)
I travel some with another person and love to see him pick up his phone (ALLTEL) and put it right back down, my que to pick mine up and say here want to make a call? I have 5 bars!

There's a reason for that...they have just a fraction of the customers Alltel has.

One thing to take into consideration when you're getting good coverage and your pal isn't....you may have a better phone than he. Hubby and I are on the same service (Sprint - the cell co people love to hate). He has one of the cutesy red phones and I have the htc PC phone. I have service in places he doesn't - mine always works and a lot of times his doesn't. The phone is definitely very nice to have when electricity goes out here...it makes ya hope you have the battery charged, though!!! I have 3 batteries. Hopefully, they're all charged.

I really like my united wireless. I will NEVER go back to alltel again.

They don't mess my phone bill up, I rarely have to wait in line. The people are nicer, and the coverage is great. No roaming charges when I travel.

I have had United for almost 2 years, and I love them. Alltel stinks.
