I think I got everyone corn-fuzed.... this is"Intel Create and Share" little camera that you use when you chat ...not a digital or that kind....
I bought it in 2000... and from what I can make out from the error window...its not compatable with my Dell....
Im so puter illiterate, My brain shuts down when it has to think passed the usual fair...
However ...I'm gonna try this again...

hey one last thing you MIGHT try is right-clicking on the program that you want to run (the installer program), and select properties, then there should be a compatibility tab and under that you can select ME or win 95 or whatever the program says it will run under, and then install it and it should work. (although it might not... isn't technology great!)
