| Yes, iTunes is DRM loaded, but since I have a video iPod, I pretty much have very few choices. I am pleased with the variety on iTunes, I also purchase several full seasons of TV episodes, there's nothing like watching TV episodes without commercial breaks!

Nobody hates commercials more than me, especially when the volume goes from reasonable to ear piercing just to make sure you can still hear it while you're in the kitchen or the bathroom. Getting rid of that crap can be well worth the money spent on a single show. iTunes is beginning to come around on the DRM issue anyway, so maybe there is hope for it yet.  |

| I ended up with a video iPod, and even though I didn't intend to have one I can't imagine living without it!! TV shows, movies, podcasts... it's always with me. Even though I use the more durable Shuffle for working out. I could give up almost anything, but don't ask me to give up my sleek, sexy black iPod. |

| Can you give some names of artists that are signed with EMI, I don't know any off the top of my head.

| Never mind, I googled EMI artists and found that David Bowie, Bob Seger, Elvis Presley, Elvis Costello and Kevin Federline (K-Fed) are EMI signed artists. I then went to iTunes and looked them up. Either the deal hasn't taken effect yet, or iTunes is still charging .99 per song and get a .30 larger cut, but all songs by these artists are still .99 per song.
