| help! I need your help! Last week I bought tickets (on-line) for the Cardinals at Kansas City baseball game. I chose to print my tickets at home but everytime I click on the icon to print a small screen appears with a big red X. As I'm not a computer wizard, does anyone know what I'm talking about? And how do I fix it? Thanks!     |

| That usually means that it is an image with a broken link to the image. You will probably have to get ahold of customer support to print them or have them hold them at the will call window.

| I agree with Bubba. Sounds like the image to print your tickets didn't get created and is showing as a broken link(red X). Sounds like a call to customer support is needed.

| Try right-clicking on the red X and chose an option (I can't think of what the options are right now, and I can find one either.)

| K C Muffin, You got it right! We are going to see the red birds! I'm going with Dr. Gardner. He's an 82 year young man who grew up listening to the Cards games on the radio. His favorite player of all times was dizzy Dean. Doc has forgotten more about baseball than I'll ever know. Go Cardinals!!!! Thanks for all your help! |

| Go find a PC that DOES NOT have IE 7.0. Then it should work, and you should be able to print the tickets. Lots of these kind of sites are still not compatible with IE 7.0.

| Some people have a lot of bad to say about it. But I have never had any issues with Mozilla Firefox. I love its special Downloader function and the bookmark tabs right up front on the main set of bars makes visiting my favorite sites easy. |

| OK, you lost me....how did we go from talking about problems with IE 7.0 to you never having any issues with Firefox? Am I missing some posts???
