Firefox does....click Tools; Options; Advanced (at the top, next to Security), then in the general tab make sure there is a check mark in the box for check spelling as I type.

Yup. Unless every forum I am on has a built in spell checker or something, but I'm thinking that's not the case. It works everywhere I've tried it so far.
