looks like the cost of service, and the lack of local availability wouldn't make it worth it. Sprint has a plan right now, get a free card, after rebates, and for only 59.99 a month you can get this service. If you have a voice plan with them. Otherwise, it's 79.99.

Checked the map for Kansas, only service it shows is Kansas City, Olathe, Overland Park, Topeka, and Wichita, and even that service isn't very wide spread. Seems like they're saying you have to have pcs service to use it, and that doen't cover much.

Seems like it'd be easier to buy a WiFi card, and do some old fashioned wardriving.
