• Sugar Cream Pie

    1 frozen pie crust
    2 1/2 cups whipping cream
    3/4 cup sugar
    a little vanilla

    Pour ingredients into pie crust. Mix with fingers (to prevent whipping the cream). Bake at 450 for 10 minutes then 350 for one hour. Do NOT bake longer than this.

    This pie is SOOOO good. It is like heaven dancing around in your mouth...really. Give it a try...you won't be sorry.

      Mine didn't turn out good. It ran over all to the bottom of the oven. And when time was up, it is still really runny. I don't know what happened.

      So I put it in the fridge for a few hours and it thickened up. Tastes good too! Mind doesn't look as pretty as the picture though!

      Mine didn't either. Not that it matters, they dont last long enough for anyone to get a good look at it. Didn't around here anyway. I bet you just over filled the crust somehow.

      Thanks for bringing this up again, now I will have to make one tomorrow!
