Got a New Year's resolution to learn how to do a kickflip on a skateboard in 2006? A new skate park has opened just in time. Orchard Skate Park, which is 40-feet long and 66-feet wide, opened this week near the Orchard Recreation Center at 4808 W. Ninth Street.
