| I don't know about poor man's golf, has turned into quite a big thing based on the fact that there is a Professional Disc Golf Association. http://www.pdga.com/

| Benifit for a very dear friend of mine, and a lot of people, lurker. Ask Vinnie is playing at a benifit for Steve Brown, our local DJ with K95. He has been diagnosed with cancer. It is hard for me to write about it because Steve and his wife Bobbi are very close and dear friends of mine. I am also hoping to get a benifit outdoor dance set up for him.

| Why I moved to Dodge... I got a good job offer at United and I am really enjoying every minute of it! Although, I would have to admit, it could be in a better place! I just graduated from FHSU. Disc golf is a poor mans golf....or more accurately a hippie's golf lol. I am not a professional, but I love to play anyways! There is actually a pro circuit, PDGA, and a Kansas division of that....KPDGA which if Dodge had a better course would attract a good handful of Frolfers. I have actaully been making the trip to Wichita, and it is an alright time! |

| I know there has been some funds donated already but I could not tell you where. You could probably contact the radio station at 225-8080 and ask them directly. On the bright side, they are dear friends of mine, too, and I do feel I can talk about it because Steve is in REALLY good spirits. He did have a kidney removed and has recovered from that wonderfully. He recently started in on a line of treatment that doc's have had really good luck with and is excited to be on it. Again, his spirits are high, he is anxious to get back to work, and appreciates everyone's thoughts and prayers. |

| Schurrly...welcome to Dodge! We can always use another FHSU grad...I was class of 1995. Wow..that was a long time ago...while the campus and instructors have probably changed a ton, the most important things stay the same - ie, The Home, Wild Rose, Brass Rail, etc...am I right? As far as weekends...I work with Ask Vinnie and those shows are always fun - I have never seen anyone not have a good time. Karaoke is ok at Dodge House on friday nights, at least from what I remember. Bowling alley has rock and bowl on weekend nights. I would like to see somewhere host some poker tournaments on weekends - no money involved of course, that would be illegal! There are the dance bars in town - better known as the knife and gun clubs. If you want to go dancing, spend the gas money and go to Grain Bin or Widow McGee's in Garden City. Both bars are very clean and you dont get the stupid drunk teenagers getting in fights every 10 minutes. |

| You are right radio, he is in great spirits and I appologize if my post dimmed that view in any way. As for kareoke on Fridays at Dodge House.....I have been doing those for Steve (and Wednesdays) as of late and the crowd has diminished considerably. It is still a great time, good selection and I play dance music between singers to allow people's ears to stop bleeding .
