They would be wise to cater the next meeting for that 45 for free or at at 1/2 price. Knowing the history of the potatoe salad fiasco that shut another business down...... I would do the free thing. Reputation is much more important than location in Dodge.

My thoughts exactly. If I was Mike, I'd cater them for free. This is too small a town to have 45 pissed off hungry people in one shot, telling all their Friends about what happened.

I am thankful for all of the professional Food Critics that use this forum.

First the A&W, and now the Thai restaurant.

I now feel safe.

I don't think the results of that poll were that good.

Of 18 people polled, only 4 thought the joint was "good". An equal number said it was "poor". The overwhelming opinions were that it was just "fair". From any businesspersons perspective, these are not good results.
