| Unfortunately the property needs a serious facelift... about $150,000; and I don't think the Whine-not-Dodge fund will provide...

| My experience at Sarocha's was quite enjoyable. I found the proprietor to be quite friendly and personable, and since I've never tried Thai food before I had a number of questions as I purviewed his menu (which, by the way, was more extensive than I've seen at many other local restaurants). Once I eventually settled on an entree he described it to me and also offered to make alterations to the standard meal to more specifically suit my tastes. The time from ordering to serving was no longer than I've had at other local finer eateries, and when the food arrived made to order, it was fantastic. I would certainly endorse this establishment to anyone who has a taste for exotic fare, and will be returning frequently. |

| I went by Sarocha's Thai last friday and the ultimate has finally come true! Mike and Sarocha have finally resurrected Bill Mah's PRIME RIB recipe! Bill Mah's son Lem Mah, Mike Mahs grandfather came up from his restaurant in Oklahoma to show him the ropes to cook this awesome steak. For all you folks out there who are not familiar with this steak, put it to you simply, this is the best steak you wiil ever eat. It is roasted to perfection. The meat is as soft as butter and his au jous is bliss! Back in the days when the Mah's ran the Spur and the Club in the back, the Prime Rib was the talk of the town. Now it is finally back! Thank the Goddess! They only offer it on friday nights and it is worth it! He undercuts Cowtown Club's salty dry prime rib as well. Cowtown charges 19.50 and Sarocha only charges 16.95! Please go out and support this local couple. This business it truly special and they are doing a fine job in providing excellent food that far surpasses everyone else in dodge and they continue to innovate by providing his great grand father's cuisine like Almond Chicken and the venerable Prime Rib! Mike said something about making calf fries too but I have never eaten those but as with everything else, they are probably way better than everyone else in town! I love Sarocha! Make mine Thai! : |
