Sonic Service SUCKS

I took the wife to the Sonic this afternoon to grab a bite to eat. It was a total "cluster"!! The "order taker" evidently could not speak any ENGLISH, so after giving her my very simple order 3 times, she still could not understand what i wanted. I asked if there was anyone in there that could speak ENGLISH. She blabbered something back that i could not even understand, then told me she did not have time to wait on me, and she shut off the speaker!! WE sat there amazed at how we were being treated. In the meantime, she answered the car next to us, and the same routine started again. The gentleman gave her his order several times, and she kept messing it up. After the third try, we just left and went to Mickey D's, where we were at least waited on by an English speaking young man who was very polite and provided excellent service!! I am not sure who owns the Sonic in Dodge City anymore, but it will be the last time that I frequent the establishment!!

You can move to where I am at USA; all the carhops and order takers at this Sonic speak english and are real cute! lmao! I have not had one worker not have a smile on her face and say thank you and such. They are very respectful workers here at our Sonic.

I found this for you on who is paying the taxes. Found a Troy Smith in the Feist in Guymon, OK. That number is 580-338-7512. There is also a T. Smith in Liberal, that number is 620-626-5795. Hope this helps...

Mit I had the same situation the other day and I called the lady out to my car. I told her I wanted the number to the owner, she told me he was out of town. I told her I didn't care and after a few minutes of pressing I finally got his name and number.

Also when that happens make sure you get the persons name. You can't say the hispanic girl that works at the sonic...because...well......because that is most of the employees...lol

SO...is it either of the names or numbers of the ones I tracked down?? If so, let us know, the ones I posted are public numbers so there isn't any privacy issues.

Ived had bad service there before also. One time I had to teach the girl how to count the money back to me because she tried to short me $1. That dollar would not have broke me, but the fact was that she did not know how to count money and I'd think that would be ONE of the most important things the carhops needed to know. She wanted to keep that $1. I fought for it. I did get a manager to come out to my car so I could explain the whole thing. She happened to also be hispanic, but spoke very good english.
