I saw this movie advertised when it was in theaters. I doubt it was here, which if it was and I missed it then my bad.
Anyway, saw it on pey per view and it definately lived up to the good reviews. I usually do not like movies with sub-titles but this one it really didn't seem to be a problem (it is in Spanish which I can kinda understand). The look of the movie is stunning and the story is very touching. It is a fairy tale, but not one for children unless you want them to have serious nightmares. The director keeps the story tight and involving, and you find yourself drawn in and feeling like you are part of the story. I was impressed.
I give it
