Anyways, back on the subject of the thread I started: I can't believe Jerry got kicked off yesterday. His team will suffer greatly because of it. I was amazed at how well he looked on his update! Congrats old man!

| Time for me to weigh in... (pun intended  )SGT T.'s TOP SECRET WEIGHT LOSS PLAN! Step 1: Eat less crap. Step 2: Move around more. Step 3: When in doubt, see step one. Thats really all there is too it. Or you could just lose weight like I do... Step 1: Join the Army Step 2: Deploy to a desert Step 3: Wear about 80 Lbs of extra crap for hours on end in the desert. Step 4: Drink Water! Either way, I guarantee results in less than a month if executed properly!
