| Halloween at the Longhorn I hear the SandHill River Band will be at the Longhorn Saloon for a Country Rock Halloween Bash on the 27th. Is the old SHRB making a comeback after all these years? More if I find out the details.     |

| Sounds like a good time. They did a great job during DC Days! I guess I use this reply to also tell everyone if your not doing anything on the Saturday the 27th of October, come down to Donny G's for the 3rd Annual Halloween Ghoul Ball! Costume contests, cash prizes, and food at midnight...not to mention Ask Vinnie rockin' the shizzle! Will definitely be a HUGE Party!!! peace... Vin

| The 'new' Longhorn is the 'old' Dodge House, with the saloon and restaurant all knocked into one, with a dance floor where the old bathrooms used to be. It's actually pretty decent, I've been there a few times. Speaking as a dart thrower (Coming Soon) it is a lot better throwing there now. Used to be that you would just get to concentrating on throwing and someone would swing those double saloon doors open and put you off. That and the constant thrall of people coming in and out. Now the dartboards are on the north wall, by the doors to the addition, so no longer is your concentration broken by people entering the saloon area.
