Poor management and employees! Burger King also was where Taco Bell is now, and closed. Turned around, moved down the road and built on a way too small lot, and now seems to be doing OK. Bad service and bad food will kill any restaurant business. Long John's got dirty, crappy service and food. Closed. Now is remodeled and reopened under a new owner. And it seems to be really busy, so far. I could name several more establishments, but I think I've made my point.

Horrible service at McDonalds

I stopped at the Mickey D's today in Liberal on my way back from the OK panhandle... We had the baby with us so we went through the drive through. When the lady (appeared to be some kind of manager) handed me my food I asked her if the order was complete and correct. She said of course it is. I asked her if she would stake her job on it. She just looked at me. As I drove away I got to the exit and my wife noticed we were missing a sandwich. I looked up and there was a Mcdonalds kid running after my car...lol. He said I need to drive back around so they can give me my sandwich. I just took my sandwich and didn't say a word...it wasn't worth my breath...lol

Angry McF*****g Donalds

Back to the McD's mess... I was in there... maybe two weeks ago and yeah, guess what... bad service, inedible food. The Filet of Fish sandwichs Mary and I ordered were cold... unmelted cheese, cold buns, cold fries... no evidence that anyone even tried to do their job. Of course, no one spoke English at the counter... it was like a trip to the border town Nogales. Needless to say, that was the last time I'll set foot in the reeking joint. No point in complaining to staff or management, no one would understand anyway. "To Hell in a Handbasket?" We're already there, folks. Get used to it or stay far away from those sleazy fast food joints.

Pollyana says: Maybe he's reformed. I say, don't listen to Pollyana. Does McD's not look at any background check? Sometimes you can get your felony record sealed, but I know it costs a lot of money. He's working with cash, for God's sake! And he's in contact with your food! Yuk! I feel bad for the manager that gave him that job, unless he's somebody's son.

Is it something that should be mentioned to the manager?

Now wait a minute. Isn't it a managers job to reform the employee? I mean, who was it that said a bad employee is the managers fault?
