I'd still like to know if anything was said to management and their response.

I think Mickey D needs to install some cameras to see just how awful their staff is. The last time I went all the workers did was stand around and BS even though there was trash overflowing into the entrance, pop spilled on the floor, and dirty tables. We also were able to witness one of the workers load up their mom (?) with 2 bagfulls of free food... unless they f'd up a drive through order that bad.

We have figured out that the McD's here in Dodge is crap to say the least. I won't go to this one at all. If you all stop going and have your friends stop going maybe we can make a difference. If you keep going you have two choices; either deal with bad service and cold food or complain until they get it right. To me it is not worth the trouble to even enter the "business".

The other night I got some crap service at Taco Bell. It was a Wednesday night about 7 o'clock and I ordered about ten bucks worth of food. I was the only car in the drive thru and while I was ordering I could hardly hear the gal taking my order because of all the talking in the background, after I finally got to the window I found out where all the talking was coming from there were 7 employees in the drive up window all hanging out, I sat there in my car for about 5 minutes and wondered who would be making my food if there were that many chatting at the window. The whole time I was at the window I kept looking in waiting for someone to care about being seen f-ing off, nobody cared and nobody made any attempt to leave the area, after 10 minutes I saw the eighth member of the crew bring my food to the window area, and after I paid for my food I left.

I didnt bother asking for a manager because there was obviously not one there that particular night. Just goes to show when the babysitters away the kids will play, and the customers will pay.

When I get crummy service (and I do at times) I call the 1 800 # posted on any fast food business or the # listed on my reciept. Sure makes me feel better - All the anger in the world won't fix anything. You either have to try to make a difference - by calling or visiting, not going to the business anymore, learn the "good" times to go, or get used to the inconsistant service. Either way it's up to you what difference you make and how you do it.

Me????............. I call - it just makes me feel better.

One of the kids playing around may have been "the manager". Either way they could give you the number of the owner. Direct action is the only way things will get better.
