| Horrible service at McDonalds While driving down Wyatt Earp today, I noticed the sign at McDonalds said McRibs are back. I don't normally eat there but I do like the McRibs- so I pulled in and ordered a McRib value meal with sweet tea. As I pulled out, I take a drink of me tea- Whoa...it's regular tea, not sweetened. Oh well...I can handle it. Then I reach in the sack and grab some fries...they are cold to the touch...I plopped one in my mouth and it was disgusting. I flipped a U-ee and went back thru the drive thru. They replaced my cold nasty fries with another duplicate order of cold nasty fries. I told them I already had those fries- I want some that have not been setting there for over an hour. He said he'd have to make some and it would take 3 minutes..."OKAY, SO MAKE SOME!! YOU DIDN'T HONESTLY THINK I WANTED YOU TO REPLACE THESE WITH THE SAME COLD FRIES DID YOU?" While I waited, everyone was goofing around in there so I asked for the manager- "OH THERE IS NO MANAGER HERE RIGHT NOW" he said. NO WONDER!! The service sucked there too. I'll have to stop in tomorrow when Tony is there and tell him what transpired.

| McYucks. ![]() One old trick is to order fries with no salt. Nobody keeps those on hand and they have to be made fresh.

| Whenever we go there, we always get cold/soggy fries too. Plus, half the time, they don't get the order right! What is wrong with the service and pride in Dodge City? Maybe Geist needs to spend more time at the restaurant, and less time chasing skirts! ![]() |

I have been eating these same places for many years and while there has always been some mistakes it was nothing like it is now. These kids are hired on their ability to speak Spanish. As adults nothing changes. They go to work at Wal*Mart hired on the same qualifications. They speak Spanish. Pride in their job is optional. You won't see these people working at a business that prides themselves on customer service. Unfortunately, I can only eat so much Arbys.

| I eat at McDonald's quite often, and I can tell you that if you go through the drive through, you are bound to get burnt (not by their coffee). You usually get cold fries and wrong order through the drive through. They are under the expectation that only 1 out of 10 will return to drive through to get order corrected or warm fries. IF I have to use the drive through, I will not move from the window until I have gone through my order. If they need to fix my order, I will refuse to move forward until I receive everything correctly. Oddly enough, I NEVER have wrong order when dining in.

| I like Mc D's and I hardley ever get the wrong thing at the drive through. A&W has always worked out good for me too although a couple of ladies I work with have been short changed a couple of times there. Maybe I'm just lucky. ![]() |

| Sometimes though I guess that may be one and the same. If 70% of our population is Hispanic then I guess 70% are happy! It sucks for us 30% though doesn't it? GRRRRRRRR

| OMG.. I thought I was alone. I was in McDonalds about a week ago after a ball game. The girl that took our order had a BABY on her hip. I had watched her fill the order in front of us the entire time with this baby on her hip. Every single time she went over to the fryer I cringed with the thought of that baby getting hurt. She picked up the fries and turned circles ( like that was gonna help!!!) so that the baby would not grab fries that belonged to the customer. The baby got a big handfull!! Finally that order was finished, and it was our turn. She took our order with the baby on her hip until a woman, I assume was a store manager. I could not tell by her nasty tshirt and shorts and flip flops she had on. SHE took the baby and proceeded to leave with another employee, I overheard that they were taking to the hospital. The girl got our food..but we were short 1 order of fries. She said she would bring them to us. Ok fine. We sat down and I noticed there were A LOT of employees going on break. Guess what?! Our girl went on break too. She never did bring us our fries.. but I could see her sitting there eating HER FRIES!!! We did say something to the manager.. she seemed clueless, and was ready to bend over backwards to fix the situation. I told her that if they are old enough to have jobs here.. they are old enough to do it rignt and if they cant then maybe they need more training. She gave us a hot fudge sundae to make us happy and we left. Havent been back. I debated calling Jim. Does he still own it?? I wonder when he is around. Id love to tell him the whole story! |
