| Movie review........The Mist Ok, 23 bucks spent for 2 tickets and a large drink and a bag of reeses candy. The candy was the best part of the movie. The movie really was not that bad.........I mean, they all (the cast) tried hard to play their roles, but you couldn't help but say on a continuous basis "What the?"... I mean, if this was REALLY happening (stay with me here) most of the people in this movie would be getting bitch slapped all the time. I don't wish to ruin the movie for anyone who wishes to see it (trust me, wait until it is on video) BUT if you do see it (or rent it) I bet when you get to the end, you will think "I waited 2 hours FOR THIS!?!?" Yeah, the ending totally sucks. I mean it truly, really, bites bad. I give this movie............. ![]() out of 5

| I like his stuff too, but his writing rarely relates good on screen. This movie tries to go along LIKE his writing, but how things relate when reading them doesn't look so good when watching it.

| I think his best adaptations to the big screen was the Shining, Misery and Pet Cemetery.

| the key to a SK movie is to see the movie before you read the book. Misery wouldn't have sucked so bad if I wasn't expecting so much more.

| Misery, Green Mile, Shawshank probably the three best.

| Dang...I forgot about Shawshank and the Green Mile. I read the Green Mile when it came out monthly in the little mini paperback books. Those are two GREAT movies.

| As far as a MOVIE, i thought Misery was a good. It definately was not near as good as the book, nor as intense, but it was good. Deloris Clairborne was also a pretty good movie based off of SK.

| I read 1408 before I watched the movie, and yeah, not NEAR as intense. But the movie was still good.
