| They both smoke and I don't let them smoke in the house.

| So, still the question....is the Comfort Inn still nice? I can still cancel and stay somewhere else if it's not. I think, though, they promised us a room for us to use for our gatherings instead of having to use somebody's room.

| Wish I could tell you KC, but, since I was old enough to have my own place......I kinda have not had to use a hotel here in Dodge. Not that i paid attention to the rooms back then.........

| I was in one of their rooms several years ago. It was OK back then. The only problem was parking space, as it is on a very small lot. I know Best Western, owned by Bill Cunningham, is good as it is only about a year old. Also, the LaQuinta should be good, as it is only about 6 months old, but it is owned by the same guy that owns the Dodge House. |

| Had some friends in town last weekend you stayed at the Comfort Inn. They were not happy at all. Said the hot tub did not work, when they went to take a shower the nob fell off, and the movie box did not work. When they went to the front desk to complain, they were told there was nothing the hotel could do.

| I think it had NOTHING to do with getting a 'smoking room' at A_S abode, it was because he charged his Mom more than the motel did. Plus having to put up with his crap 24/7! AND the Methane from last weekends beans. The damn guy is a Capitalist in the pure sense.
