| 13th and Webb, there is a Fox and Hound, PJ Changs (Chinese), Abuelos (Mexican). Down the road at 21st and Webb, behind the Walgreens, there is a real good Italian place--Garazzos-I think it is. Haven't been to the comedy club. |

| Take her to dinner at Yia Yia's. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is romantic. There won't be any kids in there either to spoil ur evening. Here is the link. CHeck it out! http://www.360wichita.com/Restaurants/YiaYias.html I think they take reservations...you will definitely want those on VD. Also there are a lot of nice live music places to go down in Old Town. If you are staying the Old Town Hotel is pretty cool.

| I can at least attest to Old Town Hotel........ very nastalgic..... piano music in the lobby during the pm and ya can stand outside on your balcony. Course be careful they give ya the right room. They sent me to a room where a nice romantic dinner was bein served.......... needless to say the couple was just alittle more surprised than I was when I opened the door with the key. PS - they didn't invite me to stay for dessert.......... LOL LOL........ much appologies by the staff, the couple I think dodged us the rest of the weekend but it was memorable........

| Old Town is definitely the place to stay for romantic ambience. PF Chang's is oriental, but the PF Chang's up here is a little questionable. Odd menu items. Ate there today. Food is good, but just a little odd. Yia Yia's is a great place! They do take reservations, although it might be hard to get into on V-Day. Fox and Hound is more bar-type, at least it is up here. Garozzo's is great - too much food, but it's the best Italian around Overland Park. The price is good and they will recommend wine for whatever entree you decide to have. Wouldn't it be a nice touch to have a limo rented to take you and the Mrs. out to dinner?

| Oh - wait a minute! I just reread your original post. You won't be there on Valentine's Day, will you? Reservations for Thursday nite should be a snap. Have fun!

| You can usually never go wrong with Red Lobster or Olive Garden, but they aren't quite as unique.

| Has anybody tried the new cajun seafood place out West on Central? Mamadeauxs is the name. I ate at one in Dallas, and it was really good. And NLIRG, come on now, this is for Valentines Day. You really don't wanna take your lady to Hooters, and make her feel "inadequate"!! |
