| So, Tee - is Dollar General moving out of the mall then? What's left up there? Maybe they should think seriously about turning it into a professional building - seems like that's a lot of the tenants, at least in the basement.

| The Dollar $tore in the Mall does a huge busine$$ and is the only one in that sector of town. Another one's going to be built in South Dodge (2nd. & Market) where the roof trusses are currently stacked. The new building is for a video store and a check cashing location.

| The only problem with DG in the mall, is the $3600 a month rent bill. As for the rest of the mall, there's more stores there now than there was 5 years ago. And now that the school moved out of the basement, it'll go back like it was, mostly empty. Maybe they'll get someone to move in to it. Lot's of good office space in the basemtn. To dark down there for retail stores.
