"THIS WE'LL DEFEND"

I’ve had to back off things, getting way to mad at the cowards that
govern. I absolutely hate that they put politics and illegals
ahead of what the people that voted for them want.

Aside from all the other issues on the immigration topic that
has me ready to fight is the PC cowards that are putting the Mexican
flag above the US. I would have to say that if I witness this I’ll
be watching myself on Fox News later in the day. There is no way
that the American flag will be abused in my presence.

When the flag of another country is raised in the place of ours,
it is stating that we have been defeated. That the building, land,
territory no longer belongs to the original flags (us) people. When
they take down our flag, put up theirs they are saying that they now
control that area. When our flag is inverted, it is a sign of
distress. In the case of the high school where the mexican flag was
put above our Flag which was inverted, it was pure disrespect, might
as well burned it or dragged it in the mud. When a principal put
the mexican flag up instead of ours, he committed treason. He
aligned himself with a foreign government.

You see, to me the Flag is no mere piece of cloth. It is the
embodied Life of the Nation. When I look to the Flag and hear the
Anthem playing I feel the same pride in my chest and soul as I do
when looking at my kids. All the hope and promise of the future.

Now my kids may not be what I hope they are when they from up,
they may disappoint me or not do what I want at times. But I will
always love them. Same for my country. I separate what the
politicians do from what the true America is. I love it for all the
faults.

There is no way on this earth I will permit the flag of another
country fly above our soil. Of common sense, people can have the
flags of other countries, but do not dare to take possession of any
portion of the US.

I am going to start flying my flag on my house everyday. When I told somebody at work that, they said to be prepared for vandalism. I said I have a shotgun that will protect me and my property. They touch my flag, they will be picking shot out of their ass.

Back in 1981 or so, the US gummint decided to put up road blocks along the US Highway leading from Key West to the Mainland to stem the flow of the Marielitos, the evil and crazy ones Castro set free from prison and mental hospitals and thousands landed in the US, mostly in Key West. The road block put such a big clamp on Key West's resort business, that the City Fathers decided to jokingly secede from the US of A and form the Conch Republic. It was a great PR move until they announced that on a certain date, the US flag would be lowered and replaced with the Conch Republic flag. A group of WW Two, Korean and Nam vets at the local VFW made it perfectly clear. "If the US flag is lowered and the Conch Republic flag hoisted in its stead, we will kill the city fathers." They were as serious as a heart attack and the city boys knew it.
Rational thought prevailed and a second flag pole was used for the CR flag.
And, even the US gummint decided to disband the road block.
