| looking for a new A/C Well, i think this is going to be the year i will have to replace the a/c and furnace.... do you all have any suggestions who i should call to get the estimate?? i dont want some one who is going to take advantag of me and charge me a ridiclous(sp?) amount.... (like my hot water heater! WOW!!) any one know how much a/c and furnace run??? i have no clue.... i figure it could be my right arm, and possibly my left leg!     |

| I would figger bout 5 thousand if not more.......maybe up to 10. Not sure but bet the unit itself is at least 3 I think my son paid 6 last summer. Course he had all new duct work and stuff but prices seem to be higher in dodge.

| I got a bid from Webbers that was about 4000.00 just for the A/C, but it was a high efficiency up-to-date-model.

| Jim Ray from Minneola seems to do a good job. He fixed our air conditioner last year, it wouldn't shut off and continuously ran all the time even after we shut it off and changed tempatures, and it was like $150 or so. He also installed a brand new heating/air conditioner unit in our neighbors house and I don't think it cost them very much. |
