| Unless certain requirements are met, a marriage to a foreigner is called a "marriage of convenience" and residency usually is denied. Why don't we use this same logic for child birthing by foreigners on US soil? Call it a "birth of convenience" and deny citizenship to the child unless and until the mother becomes a tax paying and responsible naturalized US citizen. The same rules should apply to all welfare rolls.
