how sad. The mother of the not-stable one is blaming everything on the dead boy. I imagine the dead boy's parents think the other way around. That's just sad.

I think they made the right choice - by Texas law (and in Texas it's next to impossible to prove someone insane) the prosecution didn't prove she wasn't insane. She is probably the only person that has met the criteria by law.

I do altho feel her X should be charged with accessory - hell he's guiltier than she is IMO. They were told her psycosis was so severe there should be no more pregnancies - he pretty much kept her barefoot and pregnant.

I'm glad she will get the treatment she needs and maybe she can pick up some sort of life while he is humpin his new baby machine

I agree, Tex - he's just as guilty as she is if he intentionally kept her barefoot and pregnant and left his children alone with her. Her doctor had already told him she wasn't stable. I say, let him do the prison time and her while away her years in a funny farm.
