Does anyone know the name of the metal band in the parade?

i thought they sounded good for a local group. but im also guessing thrash metal isnt your bag USA

I suppose if you put them in a night club atmosphere, they might be a little better. But you are right cky. I am an old rock and roller, but don't understand the squealing and squeaking of the "new" stuff. It was kind of strange that they entered the parade to get known, but had no sign or anything telling who they were. How do you know they were local kids??

They caught my ear because I was impressed by the sound quality. I've played out doors and know how difficult it can be to get a good sound. The drummer seemed to be pretty good but I didn't hear anything special out of the others.

I'm not much of a "trash metal" fan myself simply because it really doesn't seem to require much skill just the right sound. Which can be a skill in itself. They looked more the part than anything else.

My brother ran the sound for them and yes they are local kids. They are called Outside the Circle. They grew up in Ensign, I believe one of them now lives in Cimarron and the rest live in Dodge. They played original songs that they wrote. I, also, am not a big fan of thrash metal, but there is no denying that they have talent. Especially, the drummer!!

Anyways I have not seen these guys live but I would love to. I can't believe I keep missing their shows in DC, but maybe I can see them in Wichita now that I live near there. That would Rock!!!
