New businesses?

Just wanted to say the new hotel at 14th and Wyatt Earp looks like it should be a decent one...although I think the view from the rooms will leave a lot to be desired - back side, ya get to see houses on Spruce, front side ya get to over look a liquor store. Best of luck tho...

Anyone know what the business is going to be at Second and Market? The building went up quickly but no signs as to what it is.

The northern view will let you see a winter blizzard and, on a clear day, the southern panorama includes...... ENSIGN!

But really, he's the local guy investing local money into a new locally owned & operated business.

The other new motel's outside, outside and outside.... with property tax breaks from the sitee & kounty FAThers.

I heard Quiznos is comming back to dodge. I guess it is nice we are getting Alco back again, but why not Target, or Sams. Some more restaurants, and I mean sit down, NOT fast food, would be nice too. Maybe Dodge is perking up a bit, or at least trying.

I think for sit down resturants the issue is adequate waiters and waitresses. Overall long term support of a really nice resturant is an issue as well. Dodge folks are pretty loyal to the ones they have
