I'll hand it to ya, Tee - you seem to know cats pretty well. Although I'm a dog person, I don't know them that well. If they have accidents on the white carpet, they're history. That's about all I know.

Gee Tee - I AM impressed. That is so nice of you to help - what a wealth of knowledge you are. Hell I thought all you did was computers.

Dustin you are lucky - I always have to pay for advice like that - my cats lived till they were 16 so I realize 14 is rather old. I'm wit Tee - take the cat in and soon. If it's vomiting every time it eats - remember it is a small animal and will dehydrate really quick - adding insult to injury on your cat.

Hat's off to ya TEE - Course it don't matter what your pet is - dog or cat - bird or whatever - they are all pets to someone. Good luck with your friends cat Dustin.

Heres something we learned the hard way. Make sure the cat doesn't have access to any poisons like mouse poison. We had no idea the house owner had put out mouse poison in the basement behind the walls. Our cat started eating it and for quite some time would vomit. It finally died and we stall had no idea until we got another cat and after letting it in the basement got very sick.

Another thing to be very careful of since mouse poison has been mentioned is the danger of a dog or cat being secondarily poisoned by them eating or chewing on a poisoned mouse. Ive seen it kill small dogs and cats PDQ and make a large dog pretty by-god sick. Im not too wild about using rodent poisons around a home for that fact and the possibility of a child getting into it.
