Us "more experienced" persons remember when "disipline" handed out by Mom or Dad made us tow the line. Didn't make my Parents or me a bad person. In fact, I am thankful that my Parents taught me, and made me the person that I am today. Our society's "spare the rod-spoil the kid" thinking nowdays, will only add to the downfall of the American way.
