| Bob was better with tech than some I knew that worked there. He was the only person who could explain digital compression to me back in the day. I heard that bike shop venture went south, and, last I heard, he could be found somewhere beteween here and AZ on a harley. |

| Finally remembered online account sign in and here is what we have, nothing fancy, just the basic dual receiver, 2 TV setup. New Monthly Charge(s) 11/29 to 12/28 DIGITAL HOME ADVANTAGE WITH AMERICA'S TOP 120/LOCALS 44.99 DISH TWO MOVIE PACKAGE 22.99 Account Charges $ 67.98 Taxes STATE/LOCAL TAX (SALES/GROSS RECEIPTS) 3.72 Total Taxes $ 3.72 Total Amount Due $ 71.70 Was asked recently if I would consider ever going back to cable. Here was my answer, If My problem would have been taken care of in the first place I WOULD NOT OF LEFT. I am sure that Dish and or Direct have issues also. I have been satisfied with Dish and if they ever piss me off, I would not hesitate to find something else, maybe even back to cable.

| A good alternative to both of those is wireless. I have had Starr Wireless for about 5 years now and I am truley in love with it. I get very fast speeds up/down, unlike dsl that has good speed down but not up. While the normal cost is around 49.00 per month, I prepay mine for a whole year for a 10% discount making it 44.95 per month. My problems have been few and far between, and Alan was always johnny-on-the-spot to help me when I had issues- usually they were on my side. Cool thing about wireless is; it works great in town and has a much farther range than both cable and dsl. DSL is still only good up to 18,500 feet from the central office, and cable suffers similar issues. They use boosters to boost up the signal, but if you are 6 boosters deep there will be a lot of noise on your line which will degrade your signal. Wireless works up to 6 miles away from the tower in Dodge City, which is located at Victory Electric. I am about 3 miles away from it and over a hill, but get full strength and lightening fast uploads/downloads. Starr Rocks!! and Alan knows his shiz!

| I have Dish Network, and am happy with it. However, I had DirectTV once through Pegasus, and it really sucked! On the other hand, I have Fairpoint Broadband, and I have been fairly happy with it also. I am farther away from town than Tee. |
