| Mennonite Schools....

| Besides that, Sacred Heart only goes to 8th grade (at least they did a couple of yeats ago), so the Jr High-er wouldn't be able to go further than that. And I believe they coop with the public schools for their MR needs. Since the private schools are so scarce down there, public may be the only option. As far as Cimarron schools, I've heard good things (my oldest one was educated there, but that was 6 or 7 years ago), but I don't know about their MR program. Minneola is an option, but there again - you go to a smaller district and end up without some of the benefits...

| Cimarron, has a excellent school and low crime rate. (everyone knows everyone) I grew up there and most of my kids went there. It does pay to go to the right church or have the right amount of money or in who you know. (CLICK TOWN) Joe Bogner pulled his kids out of Dodge and sent them to Cimarron and to make a place in the click part donated stuff for the weight room..... |

| Most folks in Cimarron were quite proud of the day they woke-up to discover that they had more money than the Warner's.

| Cimarron is a "clique" town and you're right about going to the right church and having the right name. I grew up in Cimarron and didn't have the right name or have the $$$, but you had to stand up for yourself to change the outlook of your so called "misfortune". My daughters graduated from there and they "made" themselves on who they are today. It helps to have parents that know what is right from wrong and don't give their children everything they want. Being in the "clique" doesn't make you any better than the next. You go into a new place with open eyes and heart and let them come to you. The school is a good place to learn and the teachers, (most of them) care on teaching your children. Take a chance and see for yourself what the community and the school has to offer. I don't live there anymore but I do have a student that still goes there and she has "made" a name for herself and we're difinitely NOT in any "clique". |

| While we're on spelling, it is actually spelled Cimarron. LOL!
