| Upscale could also mean that they flush their toilet paper after use instead of throwing it on the floor.... I sincerely hope that doesn't sound racist.

| Would this happen to be the same Ruiz that ran the college night or whatever at the old longhorn before it became the new Latinos? If so I know who you are talking about and he is a pretty straight forward guy I did security for them for a little bit.
