| Actually, the guy who runs the auto repair side of the business name is Victor Ruiz. The other guy who takes appointments and sells cars is Albert, but I can’t remember his last name. I’ve had Victor work on one of my vehicles, and he does a good job at a fair price. He was a GMC-certified mechanic before opening his own business. I hope that he continues working on autos even if he makes a fortune at the Freight House. |

| Did you see in today globe about the old frieghthouse? Well the new owners want to put in a upscale nightclub, cafe, sportsbar.Wish them all the best |

| Isn't that nice - good luck to em - all I ask is that they don't show cock fights on a big screen like the longhorn used to......... ughhhhhh....... that and the "ride till ya die" bull riders - that's pretty gross to. Good luck to em tho!!

| It was.. quietly mentioned in the Globe today that the Freight House' proposal for a night club was '"solid" by our Director of Development Services: Mike Gurnee. cough-cough "It's a solid proposal," he said. Our resident ace reporter (Mr. Quietly) did an excellent job of covering his ass with this: "The nightclub would only be open from 9 p.m. until 2 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, according to a copy of the Vazquezes' and Ruizes' application for a conditional use permit." Good job Eric. You (and most folks) know that Sunday service hours for nightclubs end at midnight.

| To set the record Straight Sorry Hoarsewhisperer but you're incorrect Albert's last name is Vazquez and he's Puerto Rican... and Victor's last name is Ruiz and he is Mexican... and I might add both arent bad on the eyes either! |

| Here's the LAUGHABLE part of the article. The article states that it will be a combined cafe, sports bar and UPSCALE nightclub??? There is NOTHING upscale in Dodge. Chimi if you know the people opening it I would like you to ask them what "upscale" means? Hopefully it will be 21 or 25 and up so there won't be a bunch of drunk 18 year old's out there like at City Limits. Secondly they should have a strictly enforced dress code. NO t-shirts, no hats (taco hats included)...and no overalls....considering this is a rural area I doubt that "upscale" will fly...lol. If they want to take it a step further make it no jeans and no tennis shoes....I figured upscale in Dodge means ironing your overalls and hosing the cow sh*t off of your boots before going to town....hahaha

| Ooh, Army - you're on a roll, huh? I'm with ya, though - I can't imagine Dodge supporting an "upscale" club, but I've been surprised before.......

| Thanks for the welcome Bubba, and as for Army_of_one.. I think by upscale they mean a more sophisticated club yes.. and from what I have heard it will be a 21 and over club so don't worry no drunk 18 year olds will be allowed... I don't know what to say about the taco hats though!! (haha) |
