So that's where my 'ex threw that class ring! That little female dog

That's a cool find, Detector. I doubt that anybody is still looking for it after all of these years. Would be neat to find out though. Hell I think I lost mine, probably over 30 years ago. Think you could find it for me??

Last year at Water Sports, when it was dry, I found this ladies gold wedding band. Inscription inside the ring reads "J.P. to K. ?. 1-9-01.
I have looked at Globe Micro paper & Hertiage Paper during that time.
Any one have new ideas?
Two years ago at St. Marys I found this size 15 1/2 silver ring, New York City champion football ring. Shariff Baskerville was the name. Look at the year books from St Marys, found him. It had his parents address and phone number in Statin Island New York. Called, the parent still lived there. I sent the ring back to them, along with a note of where and when I found it, and asked How He Thought and Where He Lost His Ring. Not a thank you, hi, boo, or kiss my grits from thoes folks.
A detector should always attempt to find the owners of a Keep Sake, ring.

Ya I know the feeling. I returned a 1/2ct diamond ring and all I got was a "neat" I never expect anything in return other than a thank you, but I do expect a thank you.

We just gotta live with the fact that we try to do the right thing - often that in itself is your only thank you!

Did you happen to see my husband's remote controlled motorboat in the pit? We lost it some time ago. He hit a dock and split the hull. It sunk pretty quick.
