Bull$hit

I got an email from a friend in South Carolina today and he sent me this article in the paper there. This freak in the paper dated a girl I worked with. We all wondered WTF is she doing with him.....She was a gorgeous 18 year old and all the guys at work would have loved to have been her man....Let me put it this way.....I don't know how she passed the drug test to get the job. I really liked her regardless of her little smoking habit .Reminded me of my grandaughter and she was a sweetheart.... Course you all know how I feel about I think it should be legalized. She finely broke up with him and moved up north somewhere. This just shows what a mess this illegal immigration is. Its everywhere and Hilton Head Island is the same or even worse than Dodge City.

Sometimes bad boyz get the girl! It seems tho in the long run as usual it is short lived - since he's still there and she's gone.

You know, stories like this always get me wondering. I've been pretty straight-laced for the past 25 years of my life. I lead a vanilla lifestyle, not to say I don't like chocolate or mocha now and then, but stick to bland old vanilla. (Hence the reason I'm back in Dodge!) I think it would be interesting to see how someone like the boy in the article lives and just experience it for a day. What their thought processes are, or lack there of...

Yo Yo Yo homeslice

The day I got to meet mr grill. Her day off, they had crashed her new car, a few blocks from work, him driving of course. They were a few blocks from from the store. So they left the scene and walked in to call someone to pick them up. I asked her if the police had been notified. NO!
I said, "girl you better get them called before you call someone to pick you up, what are you thinking. When they run your tag they are gonna come straight to your house and you are gonna be in a world of hurt, not to mention your insurance will probably drop you". GOOD GRIEF
Says she " we can't call the cops, cause he has no drivers license". I said "of course he doesn't, hes a freaking illegal.
She of course quit her job and "moved north" I don't know what happened to her. But what a shame.
The biggest shame is our political leaders haven't got a clue of all the illegal activities most of them get into when they find out the government wont enforce the laws ............LORD HELP US, WE THE PEOPLE CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THEM.

I feel ya..
The Garden State has taken a illegal friendly stance.
A few towns have been forced to develop "muster zones" so Jose b,c,d
can stand around and wait for work..

The only good thing is, I don't have to cut my own lawn...

This is how Houston took care of that.............. LOL

City ends funding for day-labor hall
Site in East End was at the center of 2006 debate about immigration policy

Complete coverage of immigration issues Houston's only city-funded day labor center is set to close at the end of the month after city officials decided not to renew a $100,000 contract to run the hiring hall popular with illegal workers.

The East End Worker Development Center, at 2 N. Sampson, stirred a storm of controversy in spring 2006 after it became embroiled in a City Hall debate about whether it encouraged illegal immigration.

''We learned in late spring there would not be funding available for the center," said Marc Levinson, director of agency development for Neighborhood Centers Inc., the Houston nonprofit human services agency that has operated the facility since 2005. ''It's not that the program wasn't worthwhile — they just decided to put their resources elsewhere."

Frank Michel, spokesman for Mayor Bill White, confirmed that the city did not allocate funding for the center from this year's federal Community Development Block Grant program.

''The City Council determined that," said Michel, adding that there are no plans to explore alternate funding. ''It was debated last year at great length. The upshot of it was that we would not fund it again."
