| Would you purchase property: haunted or a Murder happened IN? I'm not sure what KS law on disclosure is, and I couldn't find it. If anyone knows, would be interesting to share. I'm pretty sure I would be very reluctant to buy a home that a murder or suicide had been committed in........as for a haunted one? NO WAY!' | At first when we bought this house - it has some strange goings on right after the little suthern belle owner died. It seems she has blended in quite nicely now. Probably just the house settlein into new owners. Course I do believe if you don't bother them theywon't bother you.
