A question about dog ears

This is my new metal detecting dog appropriately named Relic. She is now just about 8 weeks old and for the last week has had 1 ear standing up. My question is both ear are supposed to stand up so should I be concerned that one 1 has for a week now, or will it eventually stand up?

She is a full blooded Corgi like my old detecting buddy Lady that passed away last year.

That's one really cute puppy! How big do they get when they are full grown?

They get about 30lbs. Not real big due to the tiny legs but very protective. I no longer feel safe metal detecting in public areas like the park having been stalked several times by suspicious acting people. I know at least one person who was mugged, beaten and their detector stolen by some gang punks.

Lady used to let me know when ever a stranger got within 100' of me and would let them know getting closer was not a good idea. She also was very protective when hunting in the wild warning me of critters, such as snakes, I couldn't see.

I don't know bout the ears but hell - she's cute like she is................. whether she's flop eared or not. Just consider it a uniqueness if her other ear don't make it up. I do think Corgie's have upright ears tho but I'm not sure.

A little off topic, but Detector where did you get your Corgi pup? and how much (if any) did you pay for him? I am kind of interested in a new puppy and like those Corgis.
