Just wanted to let everyone know not to use your check card at this restaraunt. I went to eat there last week with my friend and paid with my debit card. When I signed the receipt I put ZERO in the tip spot, when I checked my bank account today they took out an extra $2.00 for a tip. BE CAREFUL!!!!!

No it's not legal and it wasn't my friend. It was ME!!!! Lucky for me though my husband is a cop so I think I may have him go take care of it and get my damn $2.00 back.

Scares me, cuz I eat there often and pay with credit card, always! I usually leave a tip in the receipt, but nothing has struck my eye as being out of the ordinary on my statements. Maybe a closer look is warrented!

My husband and I also eat here often! There is only one server in that ENTIRE restaurant that I like. He's the male hispanic server that usually works in the bar area. He's amazing! Last time we went there, I found a perfectly round, black piece of something in my beef. I was holding it up so my husband could see it. Before we could even ask, the server was over there and assessing the situation! He took it back to the kitchen and it turned out to only be a peppercorn. Our drinks were full the entire time, and he was excellent overall! We ended up leaving him an $8 tip. The other waitresses we have had there are lazy and usually never check on us, let alone refill our drinks!! I would recommend sitting in the bar section and asking for the male server that's about 5'6" every time! I know I will!

His name is Antonio (tony). He doesn't speak much English but works his ass off there. A lot of times they have another girl waiting tables but does about 1/10th the work as Tony. I leave tips on my debit card too but never save the receipt to see if they add more to it or not. I'll have to start checking. Thanks for the intel.

I agree. This is THE BEST WAITER IN DODGE CITY! I also agree that all the others are NOT EVEN CLOSE!

(are you sure he is 5'6" everytime? i thought one time he was 5'3")

I ate there over the weekend and just checked my bank statement and no tip was added. I am not sure if I just got lucky or the person adding the tip was not the one that I paid.
