| Millipedes Millipedes YUK! Damn things are everywhere. I had never seen a millipede until this year. No my house is infested with them. My cat is having a blast with them but they are drive me crazy. At night, they seems to start crawling out of the woodwork. There will be like 20 or 40 crawling across the floor. This is sick!!! What is up with that this year???!! Anyone else having problems with them?     |

| No millipedes, but I have noticed another new intruder. gnats. Even at restaurants I've noticed gnats or little bitty fies around.

| I haven't seen a lot of millipedes up here yet, but lots and lots of giant flies. Hubby must think we live in a barn, cuz he leaves doors open for no reason. The dog likes to chase the flies - jumps up and barks at 'em, like they're going to hear her??? She actually does catch them once in a while. Spits them out on the carpet then comes to get one of us to show us her 'gift'. Crazy dog! On the same note, do any of you ever have luck keeping crickets out of your basement and garage with hedgeapples? My hubby thinks I'm nuts (and I am, but I know hedgeapples work) I haven't been able to find any up here yet this fall. Got any you can send?

| Funny you say that The yellow jackets are thick out here too. Thicker than usual. Hopefully we will get a hard freeze here shortly and kill the insects. Haven't gotten stung yet, cause I run like a wimp when I see one. |
